Keren Zichron Tzipora Inc. ("KZT") respects the trust our supporters place in us. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and how we safeguard your personal details.
1. Information We Collect
Our forms collect the details you enter, including your name, email address or telephone number, message, and any names or categories submitted for Tefilah. Submissions also record the submission time and the network IP address available to our server for administration and troubleshooting. Please share only information needed for your request.
2. Payments and Sensitive Information
Our website forms do not provide payment-card or bank-account fields. Donation links take you to external payment services, which handle payments under their own privacy policies. Do not enter card numbers, bank details, passwords, or other financial credentials in our contact or Tefilah forms.
3. Submissions, Access & Retention
Form submissions are saved outside the public website directory, and an email notification containing the submission details is attempted to our office. The website does not publish submitted names or messages. Office staff use this information to process inquiries, contact senders, and coordinate Tefilah requests. Sending a request does not confirm that Tefilos have been arranged or recited.
Submission records and office email are kept to process and follow up on requests. Contact the office for retention details, to ask about information held about you, or to request deletion. The office can explain any records that must be retained.
4. Service Providers
Website hosting, Cloudflare security and Web Analytics, email services, and external donation providers process information as part of providing their services. Cloudflare Web Analytics collects website-usage measurements. Office email notifications include form details and the network IP address recorded by the server. Each external donation provider has its own data practices; review its policy before donating.
